STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
At MAHI our treatment goal is to improve health and performance by focusing on the five pillars of human performance: Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, Cognitive Performance and Recovery/Sleep. We work with our clients (in-person or virtually) to create an environment which helps them feel safe, supported, and in control of their health. We connect people to the things that are vital to their health - the ingredients they need to perform at a high level day after day.
PERSONAL TRAINING -
PRIVATE AND GROUP SESSIONS
All personal training sessions include an initial assessment which covers Body-measurements and tailored weight-loss food programmes.
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING AND PROGRAMS
At MAHI, we can create a customised workout programme to fit our clients needs and closely monitor their progress. Our programming is science-based and tailored to our clients goals, MAHI 6-week or 12-week programme.
Our MAHI coaches review your progress daily.
ONLINE CONSULTATION
Due to covid or other circumstances it may not be possible to have a 1-to-1 direct contact session, which is why we offer online sessions for all your fitness and functional performance needs.
Personal Training sessions are 60 mins and we provide a programme prior to each session, which is conducted over video link.
12-WEEK MOBILITY PROGRAM
Our 12-week Mobility Programme can help our clients achieve their goals; in the gym, move more easily and reduce the risk of injury. Benefits include:

CORPORATE FITNESS & WELLBEING
Our programmes are designed to meet the wellbeing needs of your employees. This may include weekly group training sessions, informational workshops or a more complex strategy with an aim of improving staff health in the workplace.

We highly recommend that you book in a personal training initial assessment if new to MAHI.
